Good to know

Bring your passport

Medjugorje is in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Coming from Croatia you cross the EU / Schengen external border, so carry a valid passport (EU citizens may also use an identity card).

Border waiting times

Crossings are usually quick, but summer weekends and holidays can mean queues. Our drivers know the quieter crossings and plan for them.

Currency

The local currency is the convertible mark (BAM, KM). Euros are widely accepted in Medjugorje and cards in most hotels and shops.

Phone roaming

Bosnia and Herzegovina is not part of EU roaming, so check your mobile plan. Our vehicles have free Wi-Fi.
