Day by day
Arrival
Your driver meets you at Dubrovnik, Split or Sarajevo airport (about 3 hours' drive). Check in, then the evening prayer programme at St. James: Rosary, confession, Mass and adoration. Dinner and overnight.
Apparition Hill & Blue Cross
Introduction at St. James: outdoor altar, statues of Our Lady and St. Leopold, the confessionals. Guided climb of Podbrdo praying the Rosary, private prayer at the place of the first apparition, and the Blue Cross at the foot of the hill.
Castle & Cenacolo
English Mass, then the Nancy and Patrick Castle, a retreat centre for priests and religious begun in 1999. Afternoon at the Cenacolo community, where young men share their stories of recovery. On Fridays, Veneration of the Cross (19:00–20:00).
Cross Mountain
After Mass, climb Križevac with its bronze Stations of the Cross, a penitential climb to the cross erected by the parish in 1934. Evening adoration at St. James.
